My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were very clean and tidy, they were small, dark, and not laid out well, which made them feel a bit dangerous. On the bright side, the service was extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering us a bottle of champagne. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to Central Park and within walking distance of Times Square. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely appointed, making them perfect for a good night's rest after a day out exploring with my family. The service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially Robbie who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal, close to Central Park, Times Square, and Hell's Kitchen, allowing us easy access to all the main attractions. The dining options were a bit limited, but the overall experience was fantastic.
